Pre Sale Questions

NexAuto works with over 50 countries globally, and as a leading supplier in China, we offer competitive pricing with significant discounts based on market demand.

We provide a standard one-year warranty on all new and original items, ensuring peace of mind for our customers.

We accept 100% T/T (telegraphic transfer) payment in advance for shipping. For items with longer lead times, we require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% due before shipping. If you have an agent in China, please contact us to arrange RMB transfer.

We mainly use carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and BRE. If you have an existing account with any of these carriers, you can arrange your own shipping. Additionally, we offer free shipping for China-based freight forwarders.

Standard delivery takes approximately 1-3 days after receiving the advance payment. For items with longer lead times, delivery will be based on the quoted lead time.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

We take extra care in packaging. The product is placed in its original box, sealed with a label, and wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection during transit. Finally, the item is packed in a sturdy outer box for maximum security.
